As mentioned on Kickstarter, the second round of shipping comes with a $500 price increase and is limited to 100 units. Regarding the shipping schedule for the second round of pre-orders, although our production and testing processes are continuously improving, it currently looks like it will still take about 2 more months. When we move on to the third round of official sales, another $500 price increase is expected. However, by that time, there may be ready-to-ship units or shorter lead times — this will depend on the speed and scale of the second-round pre-orders.

The second-round pre-orders require full payment. We do accept changes to the shipping address and recipient name, but cancellations are not accepted. We appreciate your understanding.

We continue to offer 2 years of free after-sales service. In some cases, customers may need to cover shipping costs. After the 2-year period, we offer lifetime support on a paid basis.
